Clients reviews about CD Roofing

CD Roofing reshingled my roof in the spring 2023. I have waited to see how the job came out before writing a review. Deciding on doing a roof job can cause a certain amount of anxiety. The disruption to the house; whether it will rain when the roof is exposed; and will the job be done right. When I called Vincent (Vin), he answered promptly, arranged a time to stop by, and gave a quote on the spot. His low keyed approach, and knowledgeable assessment of the job created a sense of confidence that it would be done correctly, and that he is in the business for the long haul, and would stand by his work. His low overhead allows for very competitive prices, the material used are of good quality, the crew worked hard, clean, and quickly. I am very satisfied with the job and his company. ~ George D

We were getting solar put on our house and needed a new roof prior to installation. Vin and his crew from CD Roofing came highly recommended. We were not disappointed in choosing this company to do the job this December 1st, 2024.! We will certainly be recommending CD Roofing. Vin was so wonderful to deal with right from the start. I appreciated the fact that he was able to work around our schedules for the installation. That truly meant a lot! We just wanted to say thank you again, Vin!!! You and your guys did a phenomenal job, and they were extremely quick, safe, and so thorough with the cleanup! We were very impressed with the whole process, and it looks so beautiful! I will definitely spread the word on the terrific job that was done! The neighbors were even impressed on how quick and nice the job was. That says something. Ronda & Harold Blantz ~ Ronda A

Contracted Vin and CD Roofing to replace an existing roof. Vin handled the estimate himself and provided an on-the-spot written estimate. Vin walked me through exactly what would be done with the house, flashing, drip edge, ice barrier, etc. Once confirmed, Vin handled everything and kept in touch the whole time; he confirmed the start day/time and the crew arrived on time. The workers were respectful and extremely hard working. The roof was completed in one day and you couldn't even tell they were here since they left the property and lawn in better shape than they found it. If you are thinking of a new roof, make sure you call Vin and CD Roofing; it's his business so he cares. ~ Marikate

I would like to say I cannot say enough good things about Vin he is a very conscious business man and when he says he will do something he follows through\. Extremely trustworthy and can be taken at his word always. Unlike other business I have had to deal with Vin far exceeds any in this area at least and I'm sure all over. I would highly recommend anyone needing his services to use him as he is the real deal unlike so many others that just say what you might want to hear this guy Brings the goods. Anyone in need of roofing work feel comfortable using Vin he is the best. Bill Legler ~ Bill L

We just had our roof replaced by Vincent and his team and had such a great experience with them. Excellent communication from the quote process through final execution of the job. Not only was he able to squeeze us into his schedule with short notice, but he offered a very competitive bid , used quality materials and the team did a beautiful job. Couldnt've hoped for anything more for this job. We would recommend CD Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. ~ Emily C

Vin was fantastic to work with. Great communication and a fair, honest person. When I received a competing quote that stated I needed entirely new decking, Vin reassured me that it was an unnecessary attempt to upsell me. He and his crew worked fast, cleaned up immaculately and clearly take pride in their work. I’m thrilled with how my roof turned out. It’s hard to find contractors with integrity these days, so I would highly recommend CD Roofing and Vin. ~ Caitlin B

CD Roofing did an incredible job with our roof. Not only did they help in making sure we picked a color that made sense with our overall aesthetic but they were very informative and helpful through the rest of the process. They took our old slate roof off quickly and cleanly! No easy task! We couldn't be happier with the outcome, so much so we had them back to do our garage a few months later. The whole process was smooth and there was great communication along the way. Thank you so much. ~ C K

Had a new roof installed on 6/12 after Vinnie"s estimate came in substantially lower that the other bid I received. His team arrived just before 8am,and was set up and stripping the old roof off in 20 min. They were very diligent and knew exactly what they were doing. Finished that afternoon, and after checking the area around my house, you could barely tell that anyone was there. Very pleased with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend in the future. ~ mark o

I am very pleased with the project from start to finish. Vin kept me in the loop, texted me when the dumpster and materials would be arriving. Crew promptly arrive the day scheduled. Stripped old roof, replaced some plywood, finished the roofing job before the end of the day. Did an excellent job cleaning up, even had a magnet to pickup all the nails on the ground. The crew was courteous and hard workers. Very pleased with the service and the final price was the price quoted - no extras. ~ richard b

Vincent is old school which unfortunately is a rare quality in many of contractors today. He arrived at our appointment on time to review our roof repair project, he provided a quote in a timely matter which I believe was a fair price and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend CD Roofing and I will certainly be calling Vin for any future roofing needs. He and his crew is a true professionals. ~ Stephen C

Vin and his team were great through every phase of our roof replacement. Vin was responsive, coming out to our home multiple times and answering our many questions. His quote was very competitive and he was able to get materials quickly (a feat in today's market). The team was professional and thorough, even combing the woods behind our house to clean what the very windy day blew back there. Very happy with our new roof! ~ Jessica D

The owner of the company, Vinny, was very responsive, reliable in terms of being there when he said he would. His team, who installed our new roof did it professionally, methodically, and all in one day. They protected our landscaping, and deck, and left the yard spotless. We have a new 30 year roof, so we won’t need them again, but if I did, would not hesitate to use them. Very good company, highly recommended ~ Fran B

Highly recommended. Vin was quick to respond, he described all details in a friendly manner--with samples to look at. His crew was excellent and worked tirelessly all day. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up nicely. Getting a new roof is not cheap, but Vin's quote was competitive and lower than most. I'm happy we chose CD Roofing ~ Robert G
